08 Children's Privacy

PlexScale services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact support@plexscale.com and we will promptly delete the data and terminate the account.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • Send a notification to your registered email address.
  • Display a banner in the client dashboard.

Continued use of PlexScale after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
