Terms of Service

PlexScale provides digital infrastructure including game servers, VPS, dedicated servers, and cloud solutions. All products are delivered digitally upon successful payment:

• Automated provisioning begins within the timeframe stated on the product page.
• Login credentials are emailed to your registered address.
• Dashboard access is granted immediately after order confirmation.

PlexScale may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable prior notice.

Recurring services renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Payments are processed via Stripe, Razorpay, or other listed gateways.
• Invoices are emailed each billing cycle.
• Non-payment within the 3-day grace period may result in suspension.
• Chargebacks without prior support contact may result in account termination.

A 48-hour refund window applies from the time of initial service activation, provided:

• No more than 10% of allocated resources have been consumed.
• The service has not been suspended for a ToS violation.
• Refunds do not apply to domain registrations or promotional purchases.
• Setup fees are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

You may not use PlexScale services for any illegal or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include:

• Hosting or distributing malware, spyware, or ransomware.
• Launching DDoS attacks on any network or service.
• Storing or transmitting CSAM — zero tolerance enforced.
• Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining on shared infrastructure.
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails or phishing campaigns.

Violations result in immediate termination without refund and may involve legal action.

PlexScale targets 99.9% monthly network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 48 hours in advance.

SLA credits may be requested for qualifying downtime and must be claimed within 7 days. Credits do not exceed the monthly cost of the affected service.

All platform software, brand assets, UI, and documentation are the exclusive property of PlexScale or its licensors. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

You retain full ownership of all data and content uploaded to our infrastructure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.
• Notify support immediately upon suspected unauthorized access.
• PlexScale will never request your password via email or live chat.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlexScale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel from the client area. PlexScale may terminate accounts that violate these Terms with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Your data is retained for 7 days after termination then permanently deleted. Export your data before cancellation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
